Title Loan Hero provides a free service that connects consumers with lenders offering vehicle title loans. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not guarantee that you will be offered a loan or any particular loan amount, rate or term.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and a resident of the United States to use the Site. Title loans are not available in all states.
3. Information you provide
You agree that the information you submit is true, accurate and complete, and that it belongs to you. Submitting false information may result in your request being declined and may violate the law.
4. Sharing your request
By submitting a request you authorize us to share your information with lenders, lending partners and service providers so they can evaluate your request, verify your information and contact you about loan offers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Consent to be contacted
When you submit the form and agree to the consent shown there, you agree that Title Loan Hero and its lending partners may contact you about your request by phone call, text message and email at the numbers and addresses you provide, including by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.
6. Electronic communications
You consent to receive disclosures, notices and agreements electronically and agree that electronic signatures have the same effect as handwritten ones.
7. Loan offers and third parties
Any loan is made by the lender, under the lender's own terms, agreements and disclosures. Review all terms before accepting. We are not responsible for lenders' or other third parties' products, websites or practices.
8. Compensation
Title Loan Hero may receive compensation from lenders and advertisers. This compensation does not affect the cost of using the Site, which is free.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by Cidelity, LLC dba titleloanhero.com and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cidelity, LLC dba titleloanhero.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
